Let’s Choose A Puppy Bowl for Your Dog

Every puppy likes to bite anything it can find, and sharp teeth won’t spare anything, including its bowl. So what bowl is the best for your new family member? Bite-resistant, stable, practical and easy to clean? If that’s what you’re looking for, you’re in the right place. Keep on reading.

1. Stainless Steel Dog Bowl With Rubber Base

Great product for a shocking price of £0,30. This bowl is made out of premium stainless steel, with good corrosion resistance and anti-rust capacity, making it healthier and safer. It’s easy to clean and non-toxic, making it environmentally friendly too. The rubber base effectively prevents slipping. This bowl is a great choice for all puppies who like to use their teeth and testing the strength of products. 😉

2. Ceramic Bowl

Trixie ceramic bowl is a great choice for a water bowl. It’s heavy, making it more difficult to move and harder to tip over which decreases the risk for spilling. It’s also easy to clean and dishwasher safe. Wonderful fo puppies as well as older dogs!

Wow, so impressed with this. It just arrived earlier than expected and in perfect condition. Such a good price! Love it.

I was very pleased with my personalised dog dish. The quality is amazing and the lettering I chose looks really good. My friends who have dogs have complimented it too.

5. Slow Feeder Bowl

If your puppy eats too fast and often chokes, this bowl is for you. JASGOOD Slow Feeder Dog Bowl goes for £10,99 and is available in three beautiful colors: blue, purple and black. With a unique interactive jungle design, the bowl promotes healthy slow eating, prevents obesity, regurgitation and overeating. Made from high-strength ABS materials, it’s safe and secure for your pet.

Please note, however, that this bowl is not suitable for puppies less than 10 weeks old.

A nice deep bowl that currently holds enough kibble for our Labrador puppy’s food but I don’t think it will be big enough for her adult portions unless we keep to 3 meals a day.

It does slide around on our laminated floor but I don’t find that a problem and it helps her to access those last tricky biscuits from different angles. I did worry she might find a way to tip it over but so far that hasn’t been a problem. Also because of the design there is nowhere she can get her teeth into the plastic so I hope it will last well.

I has certainly slowed her eating, initially to about 10 minutes and she would leave few biscuits and come back later to try again. Now she clears the bowl in about 3-5 minutes but it’s still slower than using a normal feeding bowl.
